I am 58 with a knee replacement. Outdoor walking on pavement was killing me. The belt has give so my knee feels fine after 45 minutes. Quiet enough I can hear my Teams meetings.

Smaller than my old Sperax but feels way more solid. Zero wobble at 3mph. Husband is 220 and it stays quiet for him too. Folds under my couch in 10 seconds. Wish the remote was bigger.

I work from home and used to average 3,000 steps a day. First week I hit 14,500 on a Tuesday. Setup took 4 minutes. Incline at level 3 actually makes my calves sore the next day.

Quiet but not silent. Top speed is 5mph so jog not run. Belt needs lube every 3 months. That said I walk 5 miles a day during work now and my back pain is completely gone.

Had a NordicTrack T 6.5 for 4 years. Used it 20 times. Sold it, bought this. Used it more in 3 weeks than the NordicTrack in 4 years. Equipment you can see gets used.
